We are not a restaurant.

Vilom is an underground supper club and culinary house born in Toronto, built to rewrite the legacy of Indian cuisine — course by course, fire by fire. Founded by chef Justin Lord, Vilom is a rejection of colonial dilution, culinary tokenism, and the tired tropes of butter chicken as a brand.

We take forgotten spices, ancestral techniques, and haunted family stories and bring them to life with fine dining precision, dramatic storytelling, and seasonal Canadian ingredients. Every dish is a monologue. Every night is a ritual. Some guests cry. Some leave changed.

There is no fixed menu. No open doors.
Only whispers. Only invitations. Only those willing to eat against the grain.

You will not find us on Yelp.
